21 – İBLİS SIĞLIĞI
İblis Sığlığı:
Adanın güneybatı yönünde tepe noktası 3-5m. arası olan bir sığlık vardır. Uzaktan baktığınızda yeşil renginden dolayı kolayca bulabilirsiniz. Sığlık üzerinden dalışa başlanır. Çevreniz küçük balıklarla doludur. Mevsim uygunsa kalamar sürüleri balerinler gibi önünüzde dans ederler. Biraz derinlere indiğinizde batık bir gemiden kalan metal parçaları görebilirsiniz. Bölge balıkçıların popüler noktalarından biri olduğundan ağlara ve diplerdeki misinalara dikkat edin. Bıçağınız varsa dibe takılmış sahipsiz misinaları toplayıp tekneye getirmenizin çevreye çok olumlu katkısı olacaktır. Sığlık etrafında bir tur attıktan sonra batı yönündeki 20-30m. deki duvara gidin. Bu kısacık renkli duvarda fosforlu anemonları, antiasları, lahozları ve orfozları görebilirsiniz. Kuzeye dönüp 15-20 m. lere geldiğinizde durun, dipteki otların arasındaki küçük çatlaklarda yengeçleri, iskorpitleri ve tiger mürenleri görebilirsiniz. Uzun yıllarda beri aynı delikte yaşayan yeşil-gri renkteki müreni de belki görürsünüz. Artık dip tamamen sert otlarla kaplıdır. Dikkatli baktığınızda kovuklarda ahtapot ve müren görebilirsiniz. Solunuzdaki kumluk alanlara da göz atmayı unutmayın buraları vatozların uğrak yeridir. Sığ sularda uzun süre oyalandıktan sonra yeterli havanız varsa adanın doğu yönünden tekneye dönebilir yada yüzeyi çıkıp botu bekleyebilirsiniz.

There is shallow peak of 3-5 m to the south-west of the island. You can easily find it when you look from a distance thanks to its green colour. The dive starts in this shallow area. Your environment will be full of small fish. If the season is suitable, squid dance around you like ballerinas. When you go a little deeper, you can see the pieces of metal left from a sunken ship. As the region is one of the popular spots for fishermen, pay attention to nets and fishing lines at the bottom. If you have a knife, collecting the abandoned fishing lines from the bottom and bringing them to the boat will be a very positive contribution to the environment. After taking a tour around the shelf, head towards the wall to your west to 20-30 m. Turn north and follow the wall around to the east 15-20 m, you can see phosphorescent anemones, anthias, and groupers on this short colourful wall. Crabs, scorpionfish, and tiger morays in small cracks among the grass at the bottom. You may also see the rarer brown moray, which has been living in the same hole for many years. Now, the bottom is completely covered with hard grass and small hollows. When you look carefully, you can see octopuses and morays in burrows. Do not forget to take a look at the deeper sandy areas on your left going around the wall, as it is frequented by stingrays, turtles and butterfly rays. If you have enough air after, linger for a long time in shallow waters looking around the black sponges or you can return to the boat from the north or south of the island or just surface and wait for the boat.
